The Management Team serves in the areas of Finance, Property/Grounds, and Personnel by:
- Developing the CSBA budget
- Working with financial requests from the other teams to equip our association for the work of the Kingdom;
- Communicating to pastors and churches financial needs and direction;
- Providing for and maintain facilities/properties;
- Providing early personnel performance evaluations;
- Providing for personnel in the areas of salaries and benefits with the intent of equipping them to accomplish God’s vision for their service;
- Maintaining an environment of harmony.
